2) What is so different about our 3 Bedroom Flats?
Our three bedroom flats come with a Drawing / Dining and one additional very spacious Lobby, which can accommodate a large sofa cum double bed for additional guests and a big Flat Screen TV with a personal seating arrangement (Full privacy from formal seating / drawing room).
All bedrooms and Drawing / Dinning / Lobby have a very artistically designed false ceiling in which customers can install recessed lighting (spot lights or Cob / Indirect lights).
3) What is so special about our Layout Plan?
Our apartment does not look like a usual flat from inside. Our flat has a feeling of a spacious Kothi / Bungalow.
Flats are well lit with natural light; this ensures proper light during daytime.
There are no galleries or corridors in our flats. Generally flats in the market waste a lot of space on galleries; Also in typical traditional flat layouts the bedrooms have very little privacy as the different bedrooms open on to the same corridor.
In our layout, bedroom doors are quite far away from each other ensuring privacy for all bedrooms. The absence of gallery also ensures that every inch of space is utilized properly.
